Шарада мәдениет майталмандарына мерейлі мерекеге байланысты жылы лебіздер айтылып, құттықтау хаттар мен сый сияпат табысталды.
Күллі Түркі жұртының абызы Қорқыт бабамыздан бастау алып, жүз жырауын жүзіктеген қасиетті Қармақшы елінде де мәдениет пен өнер саласында атқарылған игі істер жетерлік. Бүгінгі күні аудандық мәдениет және тілдерді дамыту бөліміне қарасты Ш.Төлепова атындағы мәдениет үйі, К.Рүстембеков атындағы аудандық жыраулар үйі,18 кітапхана, тарихи-өлкетану музейі және кент, ауылдық округ әкімі аппараттарына қарасты 3 мәдениет үйі мен 11 клуб, барлығы 35 мекеме 109 адам халыққа қызмет көрсетеді.
